At Venderby’s, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your items don't fit quite right, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
